               The Pale Purple Coneflower lives in dry areas. It can grow up to 4 feet tall. The flowers are lavender. Cold weather makes these plants die. Black-eyed Susan seedlings appear similar in many ways. Pale Purple Coneflowers can be grown for medicine. It looks like a Purple Coneflower. Needs full sun. It is found in Glades, Savannas, and Prairies in the central tallgrass prairie regions. Pale Purple Coneflowers grows best in dry to average soil. May take 3 years to grow after seedling. "Pale", generally refers to the color of the plant.

It is used for comercial  medical reasons. This plant enjoys drained sandy soil. Its bloom period is June to July. This plant is found in central and north west United States. This plants roots get up to 8 ft. tall!

     Common in wildflower seeding mixes and easy establish from seed. Grows up to 4 feet tall.The pale purple coneflower may take three years to bloom after a seedling.This plant also has hairy leaves.
